BEFORE THE EVENT

​

• Promotion: Hang BrattRock flyers and posters in area businesses and schools on the weeks leading up to BrattRock. Flyers, posters and a list of locations in Brattleboro, VT provided. Posters and flyers also to be hung in surrounding towns e.g. Putney, Greenfield, Keene, etc. Photos to be taken of each poster/flyer placement and sent to Brattrock. Transportation needed.
  (2-10 hours of community service including a 15 mins virtual orientation). 

 

DAY OF EVENT

 

Whatever role you sign up for, you will be at the Stone Church from 5-10pm with at least a 30 mins break included to grab food etc. You will be awarded 5 hours of community service, and will receive free entry to BrattRock and a BrattRock t-shirt.
 

• Doors: You will be responsible for handing out tickets and keeping a count of the number of attendees.
   

• Photographers: You will be assigned up to 3 bands to photograph during the show. All photos will be shared with BrattRock and the bands after the show.

 

• Video team: You will assist the video team recording the show (help filming, doing interviews, etc). Videos will be shared with BrattRock and the bands after the show.
   

• Merch Table: Sell t-shirts and band merch at the merch table

 

AFTER THE EVENT

• Video Post-production: Do you wanna learn how to edit a concert music video? After the event we will have footage of each performance that will need some creative eye for video-editing. Location at BCTV (8h minimum)
